Team 2011
The Cal Poly Pomona FSAE vehicles have historically been developed with simplicity, light weight, and high power output as key design objectives. While these criteria remain core to the team’s engineering philosophy, 2011 represents a transition towards a more rigorous approach to vehicle dynamics and analytical development, focusing on system level design and a strong understanding of each subsystem with respect to overall vehicle performance. Now supplemented by an innovative, light weight, aerodynamics package, our 2011 vehicle entry seeks to bring high speed and tight handling to the FSAE competition.
